Thorn Baker are currently looking for a motivated Concrete Operative to join our clients team in Alfreton on a temp to perm basis. Concrete Operative Key Responsibilities: Operate concrete machinery and tools to produce and finish concrete products. Assist with the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete. Removing concrete from moulds. Ensure all concrete work meets safety and quality standards. Work closely with the site team to ensure the smooth operation of concrete-related tasks. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Assist with the set-up, maintenance, and operation of concrete mixing equipment. Requirements for Concrete operative : Previous experience working as a Concrete Operative or in a similar role is essential. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Good physical fitness Strong focus on health and safety practices. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Benefits: Temp to perm opportunity with long-term career potential.
