Main duties of the job

Were excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for anAssistant Practitionerto join our forward-thinking Learning Disability and Autism Service. This role is ideal for someone with experience of supporting people with a learning disability who is ready to further develop their skills within a specialist team.

In this role, youll work closely with individuals who may have complex health needs, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs. Youll play a key part in assessing their needs, promoting independence, and helping to ensure they receive high-quality, person-centred support.

Due to the nature of the work, a full driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
