What you’ll be doing: Scope out, hunt, and seal deals with independent new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline. Cultivate strong connections with independent players in the local food market using your innate curiosity for all things foodie. Craft bespoke culinary propositions to help our customers save time and money. Drive growth by hitting profit targets and being rewarded accordingly. Welcome new clients with style and finesse, ensuring they feel at home with your Area Sales Manager buddy. Monitor competition and independent market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights. What we are looking for: Ideally, you’ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, but this isn’t essential. We are seeking individuals with a commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to make a difference by achieving targets. The customer will be at the heart of everything you do, so confidence in being out on the field is essential. We offer a comprehensive induction program to teach you everything about our products and business.
