Our Multi-Sports Coaches, known as Red Tops, lead and facilitate fun activities for children aged 8 to 17. Each coach is assigned a group of 16 children and leads activity sessions including football, tennis, badminton, cricket, and swimming, each lasting approximately 30-60 minutes.
Coaches report to the Camp Manager and are encouraged to demonstrate ‘Active Coaching’—delivering high-energy, inclusive, and engaging sessions that promote activity and enjoyment for every child, regardless of ability.
Child safety is our top priority. You will supervise children during breaks, participate in swimming sessions, oversee equipment use, record incidents, and uphold safety and behaviour policies.
We operate across various school and university venues in the UK and partner with organizations like the RNRMC, Annington Trust, and Army Welfare Service, providing camps at military establishments. If interested in a residential role, please note this in your application.
