About the role:
You will manage a caseload of apprentices and support them through their learning journey. This includes coordinating their development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours aligned with their apprenticeship programmes, and preparing them for successful End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, monitoring and assessing their progress.
2. Complete regular progress reviews and provide detailed feedback to learners, employers, and colleagues.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employers to support training and development of learners.
4. Assist in the development and recording of learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
5. Plan and deliver training sessions on both employer and college premises.
6. Ensure all training and assessment comply with college and awarding body standards.
7. Develop materials and resources on electronic platforms such as Smart Assessor and the VLE.
