Salary: £85 to £95 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Tailor educational activities to meet the specific needs of students
* Help students understand and complete their work, providing additional explanations and assistance as needed
* Provide feedback to teachers and adjust support strategies as necessary
* Ensure a cohesive approach to student development
* Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where students feel valued and included
Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of students
* Effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, building positive and supportive relationships
* Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community
* Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential)
