A Solution Design Leadcomprises the skills and responsibilities that are covered by delivery managers project managers as well as business analysts
The role is central to governing and delivering complex highperforming business requirements that align with the business strategy then managing these through to implementation and launch The role holder will lead teams with crafting scalable requirements whilst managing stakeholder relationships and technical risks and dependencies The role holder should be familiar or have skills that would enable the application of technology controls in a product construct
Key Responsibilities
* Design Architecture: Lead end-to-end design for in-scope Controls ensuring technical solutions are robust secure and scalable
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Control owners and developers to align technical solutions with business goals
* Governance Standards: Support the governance and standards outlined in the organisations change framework methodology
* Ways of working: Ability to work in an Agile methodology
What you will need to succeed in the role Minimum Qualification and Skills Required
* Experience: Proven experience in solution technical design
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle systems integration and cloud platforms
* Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
* Analytical Skills: Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical constraints and prioritisation
* Risk Control Experience: Comprehensive understanding on Technology Controls in the first line including risk management control design and implementation
* Product Management: Understanding of product management principles and the building of products including roadmaps
* What additional skills will be good to have: List out good to have skills and certifications
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives preferred
