We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator & Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a 6-week period. This is an on-site role based in our Wallsend office, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and a friendly team environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls and emails Managing office supplies and general administrative duties Supporting day-to-day operations, including filing, data entry, and document management Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Assisting colleagues and management with ad-hoc admin tasks About You: Previous experience in administration and/or reception roles Strong communication and organisational skills Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude What We Offer: £13 per hour, paid weekly 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Supportive work environment in a well-established local business Immediate start available
