Transport Clerk required
Grafters Stoke are currently looking for a Transport Clerk to work out of our client in Stoke-on-Trent, this is a full-time position with an immediate start available.
For this Transport Clerk / Logistics Clerk / Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all associated paperwork is efficiently and accurately filled.
Communication with drivers.
Input run details to provide accurate data required for departmental KPIs.
Complete debrief of all core and agency drivers.
To support wider transport operation, including use of microlise system.
Dispatch core, agency and sub contractor drivers.
For this Transport Clerk / Logistics Clerk / Transport Administrator, you will need:
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
To be computer literate.
Ability to support and demonstrate the depot values and high performance behaviours.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Competitive hourly rate of £14.21PH with an additional night premium of £1.06PH

Day Shifts: 06:30
18:30 - Night Shifts: 18:30

Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, work Friday to Sunday.
Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday, work Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday to Sunday - Then the pattern repeats, switching from days to nights every two weeks.
