Capricorn Financial is one of London’s top-performing mortgage brokerages, working with premium estate agents, developers, and high-net-worth clients. We are growing our adviser team and welcome experienced advisers as well as strong telephone sales professionals looking to transition into mortgage advice.

Who this suits
* Experienced Mortgage Advisers or high-performing sales professionals
* Proven telephone sales experience (financial services, property, insurance, or similar)
* CeMAP or RO1/CF6 qualified, or currently studying towards either of these
* Confident, commission-driven and target-focused
* Ambitious, coachable, and commercially minded
* Able to commute to Hammersmith full-time
