We're looking for a dynamic Office Manager/Executive Assistant to be the lynchpin of the Wolverhampton office. What you'll be doing: * Executive Support: You'll be the right hand to the executive team, managing their calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting minutes, and generally keeping them on track and organised. * HR: You'll be instrumental in the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records. You'll also keep the HR system "BrightHR" shining bright! * Office Management: You'll be the guardian of the office environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing supplies and equipment to liaising with IT support. * Event Management: From volunteering days to the annual away day, you'll be the mastermind behind unforgettable team events.
