Lead Electrical Engineer – Green Hydrogen & Ammonia Projects
Location Hybrid – Ideally 4 days/week in Leatherhead
Summary
We’re seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to support cutting-edge green hydrogen and ammonia projects. This role is ideal for engineers with experience in large-scale power systems involving renewable and conventional generation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical engineering activities across global teams in a multi-office execution model
* Design and develop electrical power distribution systems for facilities with 100MW+ demand
* Integrate technologies such as electrolysers, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), and synchronous condensers (syncons)
* Support Concept and FEED stage design activities
* Provide technical leadership and review of key deliverables
Requirements
* Extensive experience in electrical engineering for large-scale energy projects
* Strong background in renewable and conventional power systems
* Demonstrated expertise in Concept/FEED stage electrical design
* Proven leadership in multi-office project execution
* Ability to work hybrid, with a preference for 4 days onsite in Leatherhead
