Our Night’s Guest Services Manager ensures late arrivals are met with a genuine welcome and that guests’ needs are attended throughout their stay. The role supports the Night Audit and the closing of outlets, manages the end-of-night cash count, and highlights any discrepancies. Communication occurs internally with the front office and externally with the wider hotel team and local stakeholders to ensure a personalised guest experience that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
* Lead Front Office duties and team management for a property of similar size and standard (1+ year experience).
* Work with loyalty schemes and enrollments.
* Monitor market trends and implement new initiatives.
* Operate systems to drive results (Opera, Delphi, Microsoft Office).
* Knowledge of the service optimization tool Quore is a plus.
Qualifications
* Front Office duty management and team leadership experience for 1+ years in a property of similar size & standard.
* Proven track record with loyalty schemes and enrollments.
* Awareness of market trends and ability to implement new initiatives.
* Good understanding of systems to support driving results (Opera, Delphi, Microsoft suite).
* Knowledge of Quore is a plus.
