Regional Sales Manager - Pumps Home based (remote, Covering the Midlands) The company is a leading supplier of pumps and services to the the power generation, chemical, process and utilities sectors across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical understanding of pumps and fluid handling systems, combined with a passion for sales and customer service. The Role: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across your region. Provide technical advice and support to clients, identifying solutions that meet their application needs. Follow up on quotes, proposals, and tenders. Work closely with the internal sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage your own diary and territory – this is a home-based role with regular customer site visits. Experience experience within the pump industry or a related technical field (e.g. pumps, valves, compressors, motors, gearboxes etc). Strong technical background – mechanical engineering qualifications (or related experience) would be an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills. Proven track record of generating sales and new business Proactive and hunger to be successful
