Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure smooth practice workflow.
* Perform and support clinical nursing duties, including Schedule 3 procedures, with full training and encouragement provided.
* Foster a positive working culture and promote professional development within the team.
* Collaborate closely with the veterinary surgeons and practice management to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
About You:
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered) with proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care and supporting your team's development.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and a desire to continuously improve processes and patient outcomes.
