This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who is eager to take the next step into a leadership role.What Youll Do:Plan and prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for residents.Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and food safety compliance.Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional standards.Work closely with care staff to meet dietary requirements and preferences.What Were Looking For:Previous experience as a Chef (Head Chef experience desirable but not essential) in a care home setting.Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards under pressure.A passion for creating wholesome, tasty meals for older adults.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £15.Daytime hours
