Recruiting for an established Tier 1 construction business on a new Prison scheme near Newton Abbot. The company is recognised as one of the best in the market in terms of training, development, career opportunities and employment packages and would be an ideal place to grow and develop both your talent and construction knowledge.
Responsibilities
 * Work with estimating and bid teams to firm up prices and costs for each package based on the initial bids.
 * Compile a working scope of works and bill of quantities for each package.
 * Work with the supply chain to establish how each phase will be delivered, place orders, arrange pre‑start meetings.
 * Manage the scheme in conjunction with the delivery team and carry out the standard QS role of valuations, payments, remeasures, managing variation accounts, CVRs and weekly, monthly reporting and forecasting through to final account.
 * All under the supervision of a Senior QS who will help with training and development.
Qualifications
 * Eligible to live and work in the UK.
