As we continue a significant growth phase, we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding Fashion Division. Our client roster includes forward-thinking and highly influential fashion brands such as Paige, TRIANGL, Montce, Sisterly Tribe, CECE, Cinta The Label, and Izaak Azanei, with more names on the horizon.
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and creative self-starter who lives and breathes fashion, media, and digital culture. Reporting to the Fashion Director and working alongside an Account Executive and Influencer Team, this is a dynamic opportunity to lead global campaigns, elevate brand narratives, and help shape the future of fashion communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute standout PR strategies that drive visibility and cultural relevance.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fashion Press Office, ensuring seamless delivery across campaigns and launch activations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and trade editors in both the UK and US, with a proven ability to pitch and secure standout media coverage and profile pieces.
* Lead campaign rollouts, brand storytelling, and seasonal initiatives, demonstrating clear communication and strategic planning skills.
* Draft compelling press materials, and coordinate with your team to produce detailed weekly and monthly client status reports.
* Run client meetings with confidence and clarity, and contribute to brainstorms, trend sessions, and creative strategy discussions.
* Ideate and deliver creative mailers and events — from vision through to execution — managing suppliers and budgets as needed.
* Plan and execute high-impact UK and US fashion events, as well as assist with International showroom coordination in New York, LA, and Paris.
* Develop and implement regional press strategies, ensuring full alignment with the client’s positioning and market objectives.
* Monitor press coverage and performance metrics, delivering strategic insights in regular reporting, and ensuring KPIs are met.
* Collaborate closely with the influencer and VIP teams to drive celebrity seeding, stylist relationships, and aspirational collaborations that are diverse and inclusive.
* Lead award submissions and maintain an up-to-date calendar of industry accolades for all fashion clients.
* Keep ahead of industry trends, market movements, and cultural moments, sharing relevant insights with the wider team and clients.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 4 years of PR and event experience with fashion clients is essential.
* Proven track record of leading client accounts, with the ability to manage teams and delegate effectively.
* Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with excellent client servicing skills.
* Strong fashion press and influencer network, with consistent delivery of impactful media results.
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident in taking ownership of high-level projects.
* Proficient in Outlook, Diary Directory, Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
