Legal Operations Analyst
As the Legal Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of our transformation efforts. You will assist with the implementation and adoption of legal technology, gather and analyse data to support process improvements and the transformation of how we work.

The team
You will be joining the Legal Transformation team that is at the forefront of modernising the way Legal & Business Affairs (L&BA) teams work across ITV. The team is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of legal technologies; simplifying our ways of working to empower L&BA to be innovative, agile and reinforce our role as strategic partners to the business.
As part of the Legal Transformation team, your primary focus will be to provide service level support on our newly launched contract lifecycle management system, Ironclad.

Responsibilities:
Legal Transformation and Workflow Management
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of legal technology, gather and analyse data to support process improvements and change management efforts.
* Design, build and maintain workflows within relevant systems (e.g. contract lifecycle management and legal case management).
* Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
* Provide end-user support and training on systems and processes.
* Create and disseminate clear and concise communications regarding upcoming system releases, updates, FAQs and training guides to the L&BA team and relevant stakeholders.
Template Maintenance and Governance
* Support L&BA teams to manage and maintain the legal document template library to achieve accuracy, consistency and compliance.
* Collaborate with L&BA colleagues to update templates in response to changes in legislation or company policy. Ensure version control of all legal documents.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Administrative Support
* Work cross-functionally with other teams, such as Technology, Procurement and Finance, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration, act as a liaison with external vendors (e.g. Ironclad).
* Collate and publish the monthly L&BA Newsletter and maintain the L&BA Google Site.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* Proven experience in a functional administrative support role, ideally within a legal or corporate setting.
* Experience in designing, building and maintaining workflows within legal technology platforms (e.g. contract lifecycle management, legal case management).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
* High standard of computer literacy and aptitude for learning and utilising new technologies.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Self-Starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently on actions and identify improvements.
Other things we're looking for (key criteria)
* Understanding of template governance principles and best practices.
* Experience of analysing problem trends and driving continuous improvement
* Experience of organising and prioritising responsibilities across different workstreams at the same time
* Desire to gain a strong understanding of the business areas supported
