THE ROLE: As the Clinical Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training across a comprehensive range of audiology topics, including hearing aid technology, diagnosis, and fitting. You will work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring a high standard of clinical knowledge and product understanding.
This is a predominantly field-based role (3-4 days per week), delivering face-to-face training sessions at customer sites, company offices, and industry events such as trade shows and exhibitions. Training groups are typically 8-10 delegates, although you will also deliver one-to-one sessions and occasionally larger group presentations. The role covers both NHS and private sector customers, some overnight stays will be required (approximately twice per month).

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Clinical Training Manager role we are looking for:
* A qualified audiologist with significant clinical experience
* Strong knowledge of both NHS and private audiology sectors
* Previous experience delivering training or education to groups
* A confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously
* Ideally, experience working for a hearing aid manufacturer or within a training role in an audiology retail environment

* Basic salary: £50,000
* Bonus: £5,000
