ABOUT US:
Red Creative is a vibrant, fast-paced creative studio producing standout fashion content for a diverse range of brands. Our in-house team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
THE ROLE:
* Independently shoot model, mannequin, tabletop and still-life imagery to a high standard
* Work closely with the team to achieve brand and creative goals
* Set up, test, and manage lighting and camera setups with confidence
* Support across all areas of the photography team as needed — from prepping kit to helping on retouch or assisting others on set
* Maintain a high level of file organisation and image quality throughout
* Contribute to a positive, team-first studio culture
* (Bonus) Capture basic video content when required and edit — from behind-the-scenes to social-ready edits
ABOUT YOU:
* 1+ years' experience in a studio photography environment, ideally fashion-focused
* Strong technical knowledge of studio lighting, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and Capture One software
* A portfolio that demonstrates your versatility and eye for detail across multiple photography formats
* A proactive, can-do attitude — happy to pitch in wherever needed
* Strong team player, but also confident working independently and taking ownership of shoots
* Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
* Some experience or interest in video is a big plus
