About the role
1. You will based at our Maidenhead Head Office, SUEZ House, Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1ES
2. You will be working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, however we can be flexible with these working hours.
3. You will be earning £24,087, up to 3% bonus plus many SUEZ benefits.
4. You will be working towards the Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
What will I be doing?
5. Checking and reconciling training schedules within our learning management system.
6. Recording/analysing data in Excel spreadsheets.
7. Raising invoices, ensuring databases are kept up to date and that all documents are filed correctly.
What are the requirements?
8. Ideally you will have achieved GCSE Maths and English at grade C (4) or above.
9. You will need a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
10. You will need to be able to identify and suggest improvements to our administrative system.
11. Knowledge around Microsoft systems would be beneficial.
12. The ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines.
13. A friendly and approachable manner is essential.
