We\'re seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support and maintain our production facility. This hands-on role will be crucial to ensuring minimal downtime, driving continuous improvement, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will also have opportunities to work on minor in-house projects and provide assistance to the Site Project Team when required.
Responsibilities
* Execute planned and reactive engineering tasks efficiently
* Support production through preventative maintenance & continuous improvement
* Troubleshoot breakdowns and escalate where appropriate
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Quality, and documentation
* Contribute to smooth shift handovers with accurate reporting
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/food environment
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
* Good communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
* Flexible approach to shifts, weekend, and occasional overtime work
