You’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly, minimising downtime, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
3. Adhering To All Health & Safety on Site
4. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
5. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
6. Support continuous improvement projects to boost reliability and efficiency.
7. Work closely with production teams to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimise disruption.
8. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
9. Accurately record maintenance activities and keep records up to date.
10. Conveyors, Bearings, Belts
Skillset required:
11. Time-served Engineer with a recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
12. Confident fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.
13. Maintenance Experience
14. Electrical Qualifications Desirable
15. Hydraulics and Pneumatics
16. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
17. A proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach.
18. Flexible and reliable with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
