Salary: £28-30K plus benefits

Job Status: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Armley, Leeds office - 5 days per week, 8.30 to 5.30pm

Role Description:

Our client is currently seeking a vibrant Bid and Context Executive to join their small but dynamic team based in Armley, Leeds. The successful candidate will play a critical role in producing compelling, tailored content for public and private sector tenders and business opportunities.

Role Overview

Day to day, you will work alongside the Bid Manager and Graphic Design team to create compelling content for bid submissions and proposals, identifying win themes, crafting case studies and ensuring bids are persuasive and compliant.

You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, operational leaders and the wider bids team, driving winning submissions through clear, persuasive narratives that showcase their capability, experience and commitment to quality.


Key Responsibilities:

* Research, draft and edit high-quality written responses for bids, PQQs and RFPs
* Work with subject matter experts to extract technical information and best practice examples
* Ensure all submissions are tailored to client specifications and evaluation criteria
* Maintain and update the bid library of standard content, case studies and certifications
* Ensure all content aligns with the company tone, branding and core values
* Meet submission deadlines and manage workloads effectively


Requirements:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in bid writing, technical writing or similar roles within the FM/Sales and Marketing sector
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
* Strong initiative to reach out to Operations Directors and wider company members to gather data and information for bids


Desirable (but not essential)

* Familiar with TUPE processes and FM industry terminology
* Experience producing bids in both public and private sectors
* Knowledge of FM sector trends, innovations and drivers
