As OCU continues on a journey of substantial growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estimating Administrator to join us based in Ruislip.
The role involves working within the estimating and quotation team on new and existing contracts. The responsibilities include:
1. Initiating meetings with delivery and estimating teams for starting a tender.
2. Conducting sign-off meetings with delivery and estimating teams for tender approvals.
3. Tracking the progress of tenders in production by liaising with estimating and delivery teams.
4. Owning the tender summary sheet, detailing tender values, submission dates, and monitoring any changes or revisions through liaising with the teams.
5. Chasing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
What we need from you:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
* Familiarity with software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel) and platforms like Business Central/Salesforce.
