This role will actively engage with global projects and manage key central function for the UK, Ireland and UAE entities. Leads human resources business processes for the site, organizational unit or corporate functional area, and ensures legal compliance and adherence to company policies. Conduct or support staffing and recruiting processes. Collaborates with business partners to solve problems and resolve conflicts in a creative, responsive and pro-active manner. Represents management in investigating, answering, and settling disciplinaries/grievances. Performs various administrative functions. Maintains HR systems/data bases, records and postings ensuring compliance and integrity. Takes ownership of performance management and employee relations (policy/procedure interpretation). Deliver training to stakeholders. Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
