This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The position will work closely with the EMEA Global Private Wealth fundraising team. The breadth of responsibility will cover a wide array of areas of expertise but will be focused on supporting Account Managers to secure new business to meet fundraising objectives.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
1. Has private equity or private markets experience; and/or
2. Has wealth management or private banking experience
3. Has knowledge of various wealth management client profiles including private banks, asset managers, fund distribution network platforms, multi-family offices, and independent financial advisors
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
5. Has long term career ambition to be client facing and seek quantitative measures of success
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
7. Highly passionate/ motivated (self-starter)
8. Ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
10. A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
11. Strong work ethic; genuine passion for excellence and constant improvement
12. Personal and professional integrity of the highest order
13. Strong project management skills
14. Strong client service orientation
15. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
16. European languages – English (must) and preferably one additional European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
17. Private market knowledge (highly preferred)
18. Wealth management / private bank experience (preferred)
What you will do:
19. Support Account Managers in all aspects of the fundraising cycle from managing pipeline of fundraising opportunities, client questionnaires, presentations, due diligence meetings and closing of investor capital commitments
20. Support Account Managers in developing and preparing investor teach-ins/learning exchange materials and memos
21. Support investor due diligence requests and co-ordinate investor queries
22. Lead client segmentation and competitor analysis to increase market penetration in the UK and Nordics wealth channels
23. Support broader firm strategy of new product development initiatives and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to product launch through prospecting research
24. Prepare tailored SalesForce / Preqin reporting and analysis and execute cashflow modelling for existing and new commitments
25. Work closely with the Wealth Product Management Team and Client Services team and other firm wide functions across all seniority to win new clients and service existing clients
26. And other responsibilities as required
Education Preferred
27. Bachelor of Arts or Science (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
28. Willingness to progress further study via CFA/ CAIA etc. if required
Experience
29. 3-7 Years of experience in private markets, private wealth, investment banking, fundraising or product specialist types of roles
