Architect job in Cambridge joining an award-winning practice that, due to recent success has taken on new education, mixed-use, and residential projects - they would also consider experienced Architectural Technologists. Offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £43,000 plus benefits.
The practice is an employee-owned trust that has been established for over 5 decades operating across 2 offices. The Cambridge office is comprised of 40 staff members who work across a broad range of sectors. The team prides itself on its client-focused approach.
Role & Responsibilities
* Managing projects and the project resources
* Production of design and technical drawing packages
* Using Revit daily
* Working with the team in a collaborative manner
* Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
* Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
* Attending site visits when required.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3 to 5 years post-part III UK experience
* Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
* Previous experience working on education, residential, and mixed-use projects
* Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
* Good understanding of the UK building regulations
* Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
