The role will involve:
Act as a liaison between property owners and potential buyers
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
Negotiate sales terms and prepare contracts
Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
Viewing properties & negotiating offers
Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
Successful hitting and exceeding sales targets
Well-presented and excellent communicators
Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong management skills
Have a strong work ethic
Have a competitive desire to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
