About the Role:
The firm is looking for a Senior-Level Solicitor with significant experience in Care Proceedings, child protection cases and legal aid work. Children Panel membership is highly desirable, though not essential.
This is a pivotal role within the team, ideal for someone seeking both responsibility and the opportunity to mentor junior staff while continuing to develop their expertise in a specialist area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a full caseload of public law childcare matters, including complex Care Proceedings
* Provide expert legal advice on sensitive family law and child protection issues
* Supervise, support and mentor Junior Solicitors and Trainees
* Build lasting client relationships, offering guidance and reassurance throughout challenging proceedings
* Represent clients in court and at key meetings with a child-focused, empathetic approach
