What We Offer
Salary: £15,149 per year - Your hourly rate of pay will increase within your second year of apprenticeship from the national apprenticeship wage to the national minimum wage for your age group.

🕰️ Contract Type: This is a fixed term, two-year level 2 apprenticeship study programme, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, including 1 day per week at college.

What You’ll Do
* Support the day-to-day running of the College farm
* Assist with Livestock care, including learn how to milk, feed, handle health checks and welfare routines of Dairy cows, sheep and beef animals.
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (with full training provided)
* Help with crop production, land management, and seasonal farming activities
* Work closely with experienced farm staff to support teaching, demonstrations, and student learning
* Follow health & safety, biosecurity, and animal welfare standards at all times
