We’re excited to be introducing a brand‑new role into our People Team – HR Data & Management Information Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves turning data into meaningful insight and wants the freedom to shape, evolve and grow a role from the ground up. This role will sit at the heart of our People function, owning HR reporting, management information, dashboards and analytics that genuinely influence decision‑making across the business. What you’ll be doing This role goes far beyond producing reports. You’ll be a true partner to the People Team and business leaders, helping us understand trends, improve planning and make data‑led decisions. You'll: Design, develop and continuously improve people analytics dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities Translate complex HR data into clear, compelling insights for a wide range of stakeholders Take ownership of the quality, integrity and accuracy of our people data, ensuring it’s reliable and trusted Lead on HR reporting from our systems, including ADP (iHCM) and TeamTailor, embedding meaningful people and recruitment KPIs Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance reporting – including exploring how emerging technology and AI could support us As this is a new role, you’ll also have the freedom to influence how HR analytics develops here, helping us set standards, define best practice and shape the future of people insight at Minster Law.
