Production Operatives / Outdoor Workers Location: York, YO26 (Conveniently located between Harrogate, York, Wetherby & Leeds) Pay: £12.21 per hour overtime payable after 40 hours Contract: Full time, temporary on-going contact with opportunities to go permanent Do you enjoy working outdoors, collaborating with others, and taking on physically active tasks? We're looking for committed Production Operatives / Outdoor Workers to join our growing team! Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm What You'll Be Doing: Heavy lifting and manual handling of materials in all weather conditions Working collaboratively to move and distribute horticultural products Picking, planting, digging, and removing heavy trees Loading and unloading horticultural goods Operating on a production line to maintain top-quality standards for our suppliers What We're Looking For: Previous experience with heavy lifting and outdoor work A strong team player with a good work ethic Reliable and punctual with attention to detail Willingness to work in all weather conditions What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Potential for permanent employment for the right candidate Interested?
