Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!
We have a community in Elgin of 6 individuals who live in their own accommodation. We support them to live independently, socialise and attend the workplace. Activities they enjoy include; going for walks or drives in the car and having an ice cream treat at the end. Going to carnivals and fun fairs and attending discos on a Friday night! When they are looking for down time they like to relax in their own home by watching tv, movies or taking care of their home environment.
We have various hours of support to work round each individuals needs and are keen to speak to a variety of candidates who are looking for meaningful employment.
