* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive to client homes
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel to new locations as required to ensure high-quality care
Required Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence & Access to own vehicle
