The London office is busy and lively, and the business have a focus on 'extra-curricular' development and excellent benefits! About the Role: An exciting to support the new CEO of the business, as well as the CFO and one other member of the C-Suite team. The role will involve (but responsibilities are not limited to): Strategic partner to the CEO - proactive and commercially-minded diary, travel and client relationship management Organisation of board meetings, including document preparation and minute-taking Compiling agendas and itineraries Ad-hoc project management - investor relations and roadshow coordination, research, recruitment, events and personal assistance to CEO Support to wider C-suite team - diary, travel and project support Cover for wider administrative team as and when needed, including occasional reception cover if required. Candidate Specification: C-suite EA experience, ideally to a CEO Experience within (commercial) property or real estate is required Managerial experience is preferred Highly team-oriented and muck-in approach Strong organisational skills and a proven track record of manging a busy, multi-faceted role Strong IT skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information: Salary up to £70K depending on experience ASAP Start - temp to perm or perm (mid-late September start preferred) Benefits include generous holiday allowance, healthcare, discretionary bonus and gym discount once permanent Hours are 9am - 5:30pm, with flexibility required beyond this as and when necessary The role is fully office-based at the London office (Northern line zone 2).
