Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk Ability to understand nuances of local markets, local regulation, and the capabilities and practices of competitors Monitor market movements, analyze trends, and assess their impact on existing positions and potential new strategies. Manage desk P&L and risk exposure, ensuring adherence to limits and prompt escalation of potential issues. Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
