As an Estimator, youll play a key role in securing new Civil Engineering and MEICA projects including both traditional and Design & Build schemes. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and have the freedom to grow your skills while contributing to high-profile infrastructure projects.
What will your day look like
* Support the full bid process, from PQQ to final submission
* Prepare accurate, analytical estimates from first principles
* Assist with approvals to ensure all bids meet company procedures
* Collaborate with Estimating and Operational teams to deliver high-quality submissions
* Maintain records of tenders and manage change control
* Prepare handover packs for successful tenders
* Communicate programme, cost, and risk considerations to senior stakeholders
About you
* Experience with PQQs and tendering for complex, multi-disciplinary projects
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Good understanding of the NEC suite of contracts (preferred)
* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Civil Engineering background (technical knowledge essential)
* Confident in communicating financial and contractual details
