Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join their Birmingham team and gain exposure to some of the highest-quality corporate work in the national market.
You’ll work as part of a fully integrated national corporate practice, advising on a wide range of complex and high-value transactions. The team delivers top-tier work across M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity and debt capital markets, and broader corporate advisory matters. You’ll collaborate closely with senior lawyers on transactions involving major corporates, private equity houses, management teams, fast-growth businesses, and entrepreneurs, offering hands-on experience with sophisticated, strategically significant deals.
