About the Schools:

These settings are known for their strong focus on individual needs, particularly for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. With dedicated staff teams and nurturing environments, these schools aim to empower every child to reach their full potential.
We are seeking compassionate and committed Personal Care Support Assistants to provide tailored support for pupils who require additional help, including personal care and emotional regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering personal care with dignity and professionalism.
* Supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with students to support emotional well-being.
* Implementing strategies and interventions recommended by SENCOs and external specialists.
* Supporting students to access learning in a safe, structured, and inclusive environment.
* Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
* Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to plan and deliver engaging activities.
About You:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
* Friendly, patient, and resilient, with a genuine desire to help children thrive.
* Committed to working full-time or fixed part-time days.
* Hold a valid DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one.
* Comfortable providing personal care in a school setting.
