Unit Role: Reserve Infantry - 6 RIFLES is to provide formed companies and individuals for operations, act as a basis for regeneration and maintain strong links to the civil community. Position Role: PSI Salamanca Band Responsibilities: 1.Provide full administrative support for engagements, including all external liaisons, reconnaissance, associated admin including tasking and contract process and Sy requirements. 2.Maintaining values and standards. Act as a focal point for all E&D & and H&S matters. 3.Administration and management of Reserve personnel including pay and personal documentation on LUMS: PPS, CHURCHILL and RAPS. 4.Deputise for the Bandmaster, conduct the Band during engagements and rehearsals as required. Play as a member of the Band when required. 5.Ensure the CoC, has full view of the FoE, maintain good communication with LONDIST, and ensure all details are entered onto the Band Plot, UCE and Engagement matrix. Liaise with RCAM & PDOM regarding professional Band issues. 6.Plan, execute and attend the Annual Continuous Training and advise on ITR Trg. Assist with the management of Trg, including processing all the information and results. 7.Manage Ceremonial, G1098, Instrument and equipment stores and accounts and prepare the Band for all annual audits. 8.Carry out other tasks and duties as directed by the chain of command.
