Our client, a recognised professional body in the property sector, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team selling their services to lettings agencies across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable brand, seeking someone who is extremely proactive, with a proven track record in sales and/or the property sector.
Working hours of a Business Development Manager
1. Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
2. Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
The successful Business Development Manager will be offered:
3. Basic salary with review after 6 months
4. £55,000 - £65,000 OTE

Business Development Manager Requirements:
7. Experience in closing for business and building rapport
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Strong Telephone manner
10. Sales background or Property sales experience
Duties of a Business Development Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
11. Identify and approach clients to promote and sell membership services, targeting those who would benefit from regulatory advice.
12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with letting agency decision-makers to understand their needs and position membership offerings effectively.
13. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting letting agencies to tailor membership services and sales strategies accordingly.
14. Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing members, maximizing revenue potential from existing client base.
15. Speaking/Networking with leasing agents to gain referrals.
16. Calling out from the database to pitch company’s services.
