This role requires a dedicated QSHE Manager to oversee quality, safety, health, and environmental standards within an industrial / manufacturing environment. The position is based in Gatwick and offers an excellent opportunity to drive compliance and improve operational standards.

Description
* Oversee all quality, safety, health, and environmental (QSHE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement effective QSHE systems and strategies to enhance operational performance.
* Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide guidance and training to staff on QSHE practices and responsibilities.
* Monitor and report on key QSHE metrics and performance indicators.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices within the manufacturing environment.
* Collaborate with teams to address and resolve any QSHE-related issues promptly.
* Act as the key point of contact for external audits and regulatory bodies.
Profile
A successful QSHE Manager should have:
* Minimum 5 years' relevant Industry experience.* A member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).* A relevant professional qualification e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate.* Experience of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management systems* Extensive knowledge Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and best practice.* Holds appropriate professional qualification such as ISO lead auditor, OHSAS Chartered Environmentalist etc.
