We’re looking for a Production Operative to join a thriving manufacturing firm at their site based in Crewe.
Previous experience for this role is desirable but not essential as you will be trained up to a high standard by a supportive team.

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
* Setting up and operating slitting machines
* Monitoring machine performance and reporting any maintenance concerns or repairs
* Ensuring the process manager/team leader is kept informed of any production issues that may affect quality, safety, or performance
* Ensuring health, safety & environment policies are adhered to as well as following company specifications and S.O.P
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with setting up machinery
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
