Do you want to work for a major local manufacturing company? Do you have aspirations to work on large scale engineering projects? Are you an experienced quality engineer wanting to work on projects and operational aspects?
Responsibilities
* This role offers the opportunity to work with the project team (ITP's / kick offs / client specs / quality plans / reporting / NCRs / Continuous Improvement).
* Within the Operational side (inspection, traceability / compliance / root cause / despatch / product release / audits).
* This role requires an all-rounder working within all aspects of quality engineering at a major engineering and manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
* Ideally Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance or related subject
* Proven Engineering, Business Management, Manufacturing or related field
* Nuclear Industry experience required
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 3834, EN1090
* Lead/Internal Auditor in ISO 9001
* NCR generation and management
* Experience of working to Quality Control Grading
* Experience of working in highly regulated industry
* Experience and understanding of process improvement
* Strong practical problem solving skills with ability to lead and facilitate improvements
* 6-sigma trained or trained in other problem solving (8D, 6-Sigma, 5S, 7W, etc)
* Engineering qualification desirable
