Job Description:
Hawksworth is seeking a Security Data Loss Prevention Manager for a global law firm. This permanent role is remote within the UK, with infrequent travel to Belfast or London for meetings. Salary will be discussed based on experience.
The Job:
The Security Data Loss Prevention Manager will oversee and manage the organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies. Responsibilities include executive reporting, building reports, gathering statistics, budgeting, leadership, and communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Vendor management experience is essential, including vendor calls, accountability, and roadmap management to prevent reactive vendor behavior.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3-5 years’ experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions
* 3-5 years in management or team leadership roles
* 3-5 years’ experience in people and vendor management
* Technical expertise in DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, with the ability to oversee their implementation and management
* Policy development and compliance skills to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Experience in enterprise vendor management and executive-level reporting
* Ability to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization
