Job Description:
Bank/Occasional hours. This role is to cover for annual leave and sickness only.
Shifts are: Full day 07.30 - 19.30 with 30 minutes unpaid break or half day 07.30 - 13.30 & 13.30 - 19.30.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour applies from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (excluding sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour is paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Hill House, rated "Good" by CQC, is a 24-bed care home with nursing, located in Sandbach, Cheshire. Our home supports adults with physical and learning disabilities.

Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We provide excellent training and induction for all staff.
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
* Supporting clients in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
* Encouraging independence and supporting individual aspirations in line with our Person-Centred approach.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Candidate requirements:
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and families.
* Personal care experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota if required.
