* Oversee integration strategies across ERP and client systems (SAP, Salesforce, Maximo, etc.).
* Define standards for scalability, data integrity, and multi‑tenant SaaS design.
* Shape architectural governance, frameworks, and best practices.
* Partner with Product leadership to balance roadmap innovation and client delivery needs.

* Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP also valuable).
* Strong experience integrating ERP and enterprise systems — ideally including SAP, Salesforce, or Maximo.
* Solid understanding of modern application stacks (React, Node.js, Postgres, API Gateway, microservices, Lambda, ECS).
* Breadth across enterprise systems design, data architecture, and integration governance.
* Skilled at balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on solution oversight.
* Experience delivering to utilities, energy, or asset‑heavy sectors a strong advantage.
* Confident communicator with executive stakeholders; able to bridge commercial, product, and technical domains.
Personal Attributes

* Passionate about building teams, frameworks, and scalable design principles.
* Commercially astute and able to balance innovation, delivery, and customer outcomes.
