About the Role | Psychology Graduate
As a Psychology Graduate, you will support pupils across the school with a wide range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, hearing impairments, and other sensory needs. You will work both one‑to‑one and with small groups, helping pupils to access learning, build confidence, and develop positive behaviours within a supportive school environment.

* Provide one‑to‑one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
* Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to implement effective support strategies
